      And we’re back. Remember if you’re upgrading the four basics:
      1. back up ALL your posts to a separate file.
      2. make a back up of all your files uploads, themes and data.
      3. turn off the plugins (All of them).
      4. carry out the update.
      5. update any plugins as needed.
      6. turn on the plugins one by one.
